Here’s a look at how my ideas come to life — from first sketches and fabric choices to final garments and collectibles, each project reflects my hands-on approach to turning creative concepts into thoughtfully designed, tangible products.

  1. Project Overview: This is where I analyze the overall vision of the product.

  2. Role & Responsibilities: I usually lead concept development independently, fabric sourcing from our overseas vendors, tech pack creation, and prototype reviews and corrections.

  3. Development Process:

    • Market & trend research

    • Material & trim selection

    • Refining the look and fit through sample rounds

    • Cross-functional collaboration with factories

    • Communicated design and fit corrections using marked-up factory photos and clear notes.

  4. Outcome/Highlights: The outcomes are the following collections shown below. These are just a few of my favorite projects.

Photography by Kenwin Jones

Given a creative direction and a few reference images, I brought this T-shirt graphic to life with a custom hand-drawn illustration made in Procreate—designed entirely on iPad for a unique, personal touch. I then transferred it to Illustrator to finish off the graphic with the type.

STL Blues - Binnington Bobbleheads

One of my favorite projects—this custom Jordan Binnington bobblehead, featuring him on a motorcycle, was handed out to the first 12,000 fans at the St. Louis Blues home game on December 14, 2023, against the Ottawa Senators.

My role was to take the client's references and direction and build out a detailed mockup sheet, including Photoshopped angles, accurate visuals, and all necessary assets for the factory. I independently communicated with the factory’s sculptors, providing clear feedback on shape and paint through both written notes and drawn-over images until we nailed the final look.

San Diego Padres™

These hat designs were created for various Heritage Nights across MLB, NHL, and more—each one inspired by the culture being celebrated at that game. My role was to take the given theme and create something fresh and meaningful for fans to wear as a giveaway.

This is where I get to have fun—playing with custom front logos and unique underbill designs to bring extra personality to each piece.

Indy Fuel – Mascot Plush

This project was all about creating a lovable plush version of the Indy Fuel’s dragon mascot, designed especially for the Kids Club to help young fans feel more connected to the team.

I focused on translating the mascot’s personality into a kid-friendly plush, balancing charm and team spirit in every detail.

Philadelphia Phillies™

For this project, I designed a custom playing card-style graphic of a player based on creative direction and reference photos. I also selected the most suitable patch application to bring the design to life on the front of this ballcap.
